Winnipeg (vs. Chicago), New Jersey (at San Jose), Carolina (vs. NY Islanders), Minnesota (vs. Pittsburgh) and Edmonton (vs. NY Rangers) are the biggest favorites on the Moneyline. The Over/Under for the Sabres-Bruins, Islanders-Hurricanes, Penguins-Wild and Devils-Sharks is 6.5 goals. The Stars-Lightning expects 6.0 goals, while the matchups anticipate 5.5 goals.
GOALIES
Jake Oettinger, DAL at TBL ($7,500): Oettinger has won his last two outings, stopping 50 of 52 shots in wins over Carolina and Washington. He has emerged victorious in two of his past three appearances versus Tampa Bay while allowing only seven goals on 85 shots.
Tristan Jarry, PIT at MIN ($7,200): Jarry is off to a great start this season, posting a 4-1-0 record while posting a shutout and stopping 143 of the 156 shots he has faced. He has also been superb in his career against Minnesota, compiling a 4-0-1 record with a 2.56 GAA and a .913 save percentage.
VALUE PLAYS/ONE-OFFS
Jack Hughes, NJD at SJS ($8,300): Hughes has three goals, two assists and six shots over his three-game point spree. He has been held off the scoresheet in only two of his first 10 appearances this season. Hughes has two goals on a whopping 31 shots and has six points in his past five matches versus the Sharks.
J.T. Miller, NYR at EDM ($6,400): Miller has had a sluggish start to the season, but he has great bang for the buck upside for Thursday's slate. He has amassed 11 goals and 26 assists in 37 previous regular-season contests versus the Oilers, including two tallies and eight helpers in his last nine appearances.
Brandon Hagel, TBL vs. DAL ($5,700): Hagel has two goals on nine shots and four assists during his three-game point streak. He notched one goal, eight shots and three helpers in two meetings with the Stars last season.
Morgan Geekie, BOS vs. BUF ($5,200): Geekie has lit the lamp six times, including once on the power play, on 18 shots during his five-game goal spree. He has accounted for six goals, three assists and 19 shots across 11 previous appearances against the Sabres.
FORWARD LINE STACKS
Devils at Sharks
Nico Hischier (C - $6,000), Timo Meier (W - $6,100), Dawson Mercer (W - $4,600)
Hischier has supplied four assists, including two on the power play, and 10 shots in his past three outings. Meier has picked up an assist in four of the last five games. He has two power-play helpers and nine shots over that span. Mercer has produced one goal, three assists and four shots in four contests going into Thursday night's action.
New Jersey's second line has considerable offensive upside against the Sharks. San Jose has surrendered the most goals per game (4.60) and the fifth-most shots per game (31.0) this campaign. The Sharks also sit 28th in penalty kill percentage, while the Devils rank fifth in power-play efficiency.
Hurricanes vs. Islanders
Sebastian Aho (C - $6,300), Seth Jarvis (W - $7,100), Nikolaj Ehlers (W - $5,800)
Aho has earned at least one point in each of his first nine outings of the 2025-26 campaign, collecting four goals, seven assists and 20 shots. Jarvis hasn't reached the scoresheet in his last two appearances, but he has seven goals, 11 points and 33 shots through nine games this year. Ehlers has three helpers and two shots in four contests going into Thursday's matchup.
Carolina's top line is reasonably priced and offers plenty of upside following an excellent offensive start to the year. The Islanders have allowed the seventh-most goals per game (3.56) and the 10th-most shots per game (29.6).
DEFENSEMEN
Dougie Hamilton, NJD at SJS ($6,300): Hamilton has registered three goals, including two on the man advantage, one assist, eight shots and six blocks across his past three outings. He had a three-point performance versus the Sharks last Thursday.
Josh Morrissey, WPG vs. CHI ($6,100): Morrissey has six helpers, including two on the power play, seven shots and eight blocks during his three-game point streak. He has amassed four goals, 17 points and 31 shots in his last 11 appearances against Chicago.
