2025 Fantasy Outlook
Gravenberch was a revelation under Arne Slot. He went from a bit part player under Jurgen Klopp to starting 37 matches and taking home Premier League Young Player of the Year honors. He was one of Liverpool's best players throughout a large portion of the title-winning campaign. His upside is limited in holding midfield as he was held to just four assists last season, with the other two midfield options bombing forward more frequently. Gravenberch has the trust of Slot and should play a massive role as long as he stays fit, though don't expect his numbers to be much different from last season.
Late call Saturday

October 31, 2025
Gravenberch (ankle) is a late call for Saturday's clash against Aston Villa, coach Arne Slot said in the press conference. ""Like I said, Ryan trained with us for the first time yesterday, will train with us today. Then we are going to make the call if he is able to start, yes or no."
ANALYSIS
Gravenberch has trained fully with the team in recent days and will likely be assessed after the final training session to determine if he can make the squad for Saturday's clash against the Villains. Coach Arne Slot seemed confident about his availability and the possibility that he could start the game as well. If he were to miss the call, Dominik Szoboszlai would be the one replacing him in midfield.

October 22, 2025
Gravenberch (ankle) is ruled out for Wednesday's clash against Frankfurt in the Champions League but could make his return on Saturday against Brentford, coach Arne Slot said in the press conference. "Yeah, I had to take him off during the weekend because he limped a little bit, as we could all see. So, unfortunately, he's not ready to play tomorrow. Ryan is not available for the Frankfurt game, hopefully he will be available at the weekend. But it's an ankle injury, we have to wait and see, give him a bit of time and see where he is when we come back from Frankfurt."

Suffers ankle issue

October 20, 2025
Gravenberch was forced off in the 62nd minute of Sunday's 2-1 loss against Manchester United due to a twisted ankle, coach Arne Slot confirmed in a press conference. "I took him off because he twisted his ankle. Is he an injury concern? That's what we have to wait and see tomorrow, but we have to play in two days again because again we have to play three games in seven days, like we had to do after the last international break. There is not a lot of time for players to recover but the good thing is we have more than one good midfielder."
