Raymond took a step back in offensive production in 2024, seeing the majority of his value come as a return specialist. The wide receiver secured just 17 receptions for 215 yards and two scores over 12 regular-season games last season. He did, however, compile a career-high 413 yards and a touchdown on 30 punt returns. Raymond was making his return to action after missing two weeks with an ankle injury, and he was only on the field for 11 offensive plays. He was outpaced by rookie wideout Isaac TeSlaa (39) in offensive snaps, though TeSlaa failed to reel in his only target. Raymond has yet to find the end zone through the air this season, and he's now caught 16 of 20 targets for 170 yards over 12 contests this year.

Raymond has been with the Lions for three years. In 2023, the pass catcher had his worst season with the team. The main issue was that Raymond was targeted just 44 times in 17 games. One of the main reasons that Raymond saw a decreased role was that Jameson Williams saw an increase in playing time. It would seem that Williams is ready to see his role increase again in 2024. If that happens, Raymond could see his production fall even further. The veteran’s best hope for fantasy success would be if other Detroit receivers miss time.
