Rest-of-Season Projections
2025 Fantasy Outlook
Likely has crept closer to breaking out every season, but he's still had to settle for a 1B role behind Mark Andrews for the most part, and that won't necessarily change in 2025. Likely, a 2022 fourth-round pick, had 530 yards and seven TDs in the 10 games Andrews between 2022 and 2023. And while Andrews played every game last season, Likely finished 2024 with career highs in catches (42), receiving yards (477) and touchdowns (six). After exploding for 111 yards in Week 1 last season, Likely surpassed 50 yards just once the rest of the year. He's the only No. 2 tight end worth rostering in many fantasy formats, profiling as a no-doubt TE1 if Andrews were to miss time. There's also some chance of Likely gaining more ground on Andrews in terms of snap/route counts, but that's a narrower path to fantasy value given that the Ravens have plenty of non-TE weapons and again figure to feature Andrews and RB Derrick Henry near the goal line. It's also unclear if Likely will be available early in the season, after undergoing foot surgery in late July, with reports suggesting a six-week recovery timeline. Read Past Outlooks
No targets Sunday
Likely was not targeted Sunday against the Bengals.
ANALYSIS
Likely's usage was surprising Sunday given that he had been playing better of late, including his five-catch, 95-yard game against the Bengals in Week 13. There were some factors working against Likely, though. Baltimore ran just 40 plays and possessed the ball for 20 minutes. Further, Lamar Jackson only attempted 12 passes as the team leaned on the ground game. Likely played 50 percent of the snaps, which is in line with his usual percentage, but he was not able to draw one of the few targets that were available Sunday. The Ravens host the Patriots on Sunday Night Football in Week 16.

2022
Likely has thrived whenever Mark Andrews has missed time, but the 2022 fourth-round pick out of Coastal Carolina otherwise has found himself delegated to a depth role. In the 10 games Andrews has missed over the past two seasons, Likely compiled 530 receiving yards and seven touchdowns. Over 23 other appearances during that span, Likely had just 254 yards and one touchdown. It’s possible his strong play down the stretch last year will earn him a more prominent role in his third campaign even when Andrews is healthy, but the Ravens still don't figure to use multi-TE formations often enough to provide Likely with more than three or four targets per game. While Baltimore's WR depth looks shaky, FB Patrick Ricard is still on the roster after playing at least 31 percent of snaps in five straight seasons, including 39.4 percent last year in Todd Monken's first season as offensive coordinator. Monken presumably will get Likely more involved this year, but fantasy value in most formats still figures to depend on Andrews missing time.

Latest Fantasy Rumors
Likely to test market
Mark Andrews agreed to a three-year extension with the Ravens on Wednesday, which means Likely will probably sign elsewhere in free agency this coming offseason.
ANALYSIS
Both Andrews and Likely were slated to become unrestricted free agents after the 2025 season, and the Ravens were always unlikely to re-sign both. Baltimore has chosen the 30-year-old Andrews, handing him a three-year, $39.3 million extension. The 25-year-old Likely hasn't played up to expectations in a 2025 season that saw his debut pushed off until Week 4 due to a foot injury, but the receiving skills he has flashed when given opportunities could earn him a larger role if he signs with another team in free agency and emerges from under Andrews' shadow. That larger role is increasingly unlikely to become available in Baltimore.
