2026 Fantasy Outlook
Helm caught 44 of 55 targets for 357 yards and two TDs as a rookie after being selected in the fourth round of the 2025 NFL draft out of Texas, where he posted a 60-786-7 line in his senior season. The 6-foot-5 TE gradually took over as Tennessee’s top option at the position, playing more than half of the team’s offensive snaps in six of the final seven games, and he enters 2026 as the Titans’ undisputed No. 1 tight end after Chig Okonkwo signed with Washington in the offseason. There are plenty of questions about Tennessee’s entire offense after the Titans scored the third-fewest points in the NFL last season, but 2025 first overall pick Cam Ward showed some improvement under center down the stretch, and Helm figures to provide a respectable floor as a dependable target for Ward, though Helm lacks the shiftiness that helped Okonkwo produce a team-high 560 receiving yards in 2025. Helm shouldn’t be expected to absorb all or even most of that production, as offseason WR additions Carnell Tate (fourth overall pick) and Wan’Dale Robinson (free-agent signing) will likely be prioritized ahead of the second-year TE. Drawing praise entering Year 2
Titans head coach Robert Saleh has praised Helm's physical development this offseason and named the tight end as a player who "hopefully" will "take a big jump" during the 2026 season, Jim Wyatt of the team's official site reports.
ANALYSIS
Helm set a franchise rookie tight end record with 44 catches for 357 yards and two touchdowns while suiting up for 16 regular-season games in 2025. Added competition may limit his fantasy ceiling, but a strong offseason would give Helm a chance to earn a larger role in Tennessee's offense, and the departure of Chig Okonkwo for the Commanders opens up notable receiving opportunities. Helm appears the favorite to win the No. 1 tight end job during training camp, with Daniel Bellinger and Kylen Granson fitting into complementary roles.

Helm broke out with 60 catches for 786 yards and seven touchdowns as a senior at Texas in 2024 after recording just 236 receiving yards through his first three years with the Longhorns. The 6-foot-5, 241-pound TE ran a disappointing 4.84-second 40-yard dash, and Helm may need to refine his blocking before he earns a consistent role at the NFL level. He was drafted 120th overall by the Titans, and the rookie fourth-round pick will look to earn a role out of the gate in an underwhelming Tennessee tight end room that also includes Chig Okonkwo and Josh Whyle.

Latest Fantasy Rumors
Could become star in '26
Helm, who posted a 44-357-2 line on 55 targets over 16 regular-season games in his rookie 2025 campaign, could develop into a top tight end this season, Ben Solak of ESPN.com opines.
ANALYSIS
A 2025 fourth-round pick out of Texas, Helm had already shown plenty as a pass catcher during his 2024 season with the Longhorns by recording a 60-786-7 line on 76 targets over 16 regular-season and postseason games. Helm then posted his aforementioned productive rookie numbers while splitting time with Chig Okonkwo, who's now in Washington. Given his penchant for making contested downfield catches and his potential improvement as a blocker, Helm could have a true breakout with the expected increase in opportunity.
