Nick Pope Injury: Could return in next two fixtures

Pope (groin) could either return against Fulham on Wednesday in the Carabao Cup or against Chelsea on Saturday in the Premier League, coach Eddie Howe said in the press conference, according to Keith Downie from Sky Sports.

Pope has missed the last five games due to a groin injury that he is close to clearing, as he is expected to return within the next two fixtures for the Magpies. Until then, Aaron Ramsdale will be the one starting between the posts for Newcastle.
