Denzel Dumfries Injury: Undergoes surgery

Dumfries went under the knife in London to stabilize his left ankle, Inter announced.

Dumfries has been sidelined since mid-November and opted for the surgical option since he wasn't improving. He's poised to spend the next two to three months on the shelf, Sky Italy reported. Luis Henrique, Carlos Augusto and Andy Diouf will handle the right wing. Inter might bring in a new option in January.
