2025 Fantasy Outlook
A third-round selection out of East Carolina in the 2025 Draft, Revel might have been a first-round pick if he hadn't been recovering from a ACL tear suffered last September, which means he'll fit right in with the Cowboys' injury-prone secondary. Revel has the length and speed to be a shutdown cornerback in the NFL, although he will need to improve his technique both as a tackler and in coverage to become elite. He's not guaranteed to be ready to go for Week 1 as a rookie. Read Past Outlooks
Expected to play Week 11
Executive vice president Stephen Jones said Friday that Revel (knee) is expected to return from the reserve/non-football injury list ahead of the Cowboys' Week 11 clash against the Raiders on Monday, Nov. 17, Jon Machota of The Athletic reports.
ANALYSIS
Revel has been limited in practice since he was designated to return from the NFI list Oct. 22. He won't activated ahead of Sunday's game against the Cardinals, but with the Cowboys on a bye Week 10, the rookie third-rounder will have additional time to progress in his rehab and be available for Week 11. Revel's return would bolster a Cowboys secondary that will be without starting corner Trevon Diggs (knee) until at least Week 13 against the Chiefs on Thursday, Nov. 27.

Latest Fantasy Rumors
May not land on PUP list
Revel recently had his knee drained to reduce swelling, but the Cowboys are still optimistic he may be able to make his NFL debut some time in September, Clarence Hill Jr. of AllDLLS.com reports.
ANALYSIS
The 2025 third-round pick is recovering from a torn ACL he suffered in September 2024 that caused him to tumble in the draft. If Dallas is confident Revel can play within the first month of the season, the team may decide not to place the cornerback on the PUP list, which would require him to sit out at least four games.
