The 26-year-old is arguably the most dangerous quarterback hunter in the league, recording at least 12.0 sacks in all four of his NFL seasons. Parsons will face a bit of a headwind from his new scheme, as defensive coordinator Matt Eberflus hasn't generally overseen dominant pass rushes, but Parsons' elite athleticism and talent are more than enough for him to make an impact in any defense.
