The Texans have hit the jackpot with their defensive back draft picks the last few seasons, and they can add Bullock to the list. In 2022, they drafted Derek Stingley in the first round and Jalen Pitre in the second, and then in 2024, it was Kamari Lassiter in the second round and Bullock one round later. Bullock is coming off a rookie campaign in which he recorded 54 tackles, 11 passes defensed and tied for the team high with five interceptions. Houston's loaded on the back end with Bullock, C.J. Gardner-Johnson, Jalen Pitre and Jimmie Ward.

Could be household name in '26
Bullock, who's already recorded nine interceptions over his first two NFL regular seasons, could become a true breakout star in 2026, Ben Solak of ESPN.com opines.
ANALYSIS
The talented USC product has already proven to be a solid tackler in addition to an accomplished ballhawk, recording 118 total stops over his first 34 regular-season contests. Solak acknowledges Bullock is clearly an ascendant player, but he notes the other big names on the Texans' defense have somewhat overshadowed him to this point. However, 2026 could be the year that changes, as the analyst is banking on yet more improvement from Bullock. Solak also sees new position mate Reed Blankenship allowing Bullock to spend more time closer to the line of scrimmage.
