Billy Wiles

ANALYSIS
Wiles will continue to be enrolled at a Sun Belt school, though it will be Appalachian State instead of Southern Miss. He completed 53.7 percent of 298 passes for 1,934 yards and an 11:7 TD:INT ratio across his 11 games for USM. Wiles will provide some stiff competition against Joey Aguilar, who was a lock to be App State's primary quarterback before the former committed to the Mountaineers' football program.
