Preston Stone News: Two turnovers in loss
Stone was 15-for-29 passing for 159 yards and two interceptions during Saturday's 28-21 loss against Nebraska.
It was a tough day for Stone as the 6-foot-1 quarterback threw for just 159 yards with a pair of interceptions while completing 52 percent of his passes on the day. Following a three-game stretch without a turnover, Stone has now thrown three interceptions in Northwestern's last two games while throwing for just 291 yards in that timeframe. He will hope to turn things around when the Wildcats travel to face USC following the team's upcoming bye.
