J.C. Davis Injury: Sitting out bowl game

Davis (pro draft prep) won't play in the Dec. 30 matchup versus Tennessee in the Music City Bowl, per Scott Richey of The Champaign News-Gazette.

Davis will opt to sit out the team's bowl game as he prepares for the 2026 NFL Draft. He is considered to be a top 200 prospect in the upcoming draft.
