March began with an injured Brown, who missed Louisville's first two games of the month, which were also the Cardinals' last regular-season matchups before the ACC tournament. Brown progressing well and potentially returning soon suggests there is at least a small possibility that he will return for the Cardinals' next game, currently scheduled for the conference tourney's second round, which will see them face the winner of Syracuse and SMU. Even though Louisville did just fine without him for two games, he provides a big boost, especially with his scoring. Despite not playing Syracuse this season, Brown logged 20 points and three three-pointers made earlier in the year against SMU.
