Marsee became a fantasy darling in 2025 with a .436 average, three homers and six steals in his first 13 games after getting the call to the majors Aug. 1. He ended the year in a 1-for-21 rut over his final six games, but Marsee finished with an .842 OPS and 133 wRC+ over his first 234 big-league plate appearances. Drafted by San Diego in 2022, Marsee was traded to Miami in 2024 along with three other players in exchange for Luis Arraez. Showcasing an advanced plate approach for 24 years old, Marsee drew 22 walks compared to 48 strikeouts while chasing at a low rate as a rookie. His left-on-left splits were encouraging. Conversely, the outfielder was caught stealing six times in 20 attempts, ranking only in the 68th percentile for sprint speed. Expecting similar rate stats for 2026 would be foolish, but Marsee looks like he could be a building block for the Marlins. Read Past Outlooks
