Perez will start in Week 7 against the Aviators on Friday, according to Patrick Rifino of UFL News Hub.

Head coach Ricky Proehl confirmed that Perez will start against Columbus, making him the third different QB1 for the Battlehawks this season. They opened the year with Brandon Silvers, then they had Harrison Frost, and now Perez will get the nod. Perez has plenty of UFL experience, so at least on paper, he should be an upgrade over Frost.
