Brodzinski has made a career for himself by being a depth forward who will bounce between the AHL and NHL as needed. The 2024-25 campaign was unique in that he played exclusively at the top level, logging 51 regular-season games for the Rangers. While his 12 goals and 19 points represented a respectable amount of production for a forward who primarily sees fourth-line minutes, it fails to stand out enough in the context of fantasy hockey. Brodzinski was one of the best players in the AHL early last season and did a nice job for the Rangers after being recalled for good in early November. He had six goals and 19 points in 57 regular-season games, although Brodzinski appeared in just three of the club's 16 postseason clashes. Valuing the depth he brings to the organization, the Rangers inked Brodzinski to a two-year, one-way extension in February. The Minnesota native should battle for a spot on New York's fourth line this coming season - with Matt Rempe and Brennan Othmann looking to steal away Brodzinski's minutes.
