Will be ready for Huskies
St. John's head coach Rick Pitino said Jackson (ankle) will be ready to play in Wednesday's game at UConn, The Torch reports.
ANALYSIS
Jackson was ultimately unable to play in the Johnnies' blowout win over Creighton this past weekend, which Pitino said was due to him not practicing all week. The sophomore guard's ankle will fortunately be good to go for one of the Red Storm's biggest road tests this season, especially since they beat the Huskies in Madison Square Garden earlier in February. Jackson is averaging 9.9 points and 2.3 rebounds per game since becoming a starter in mid-December.
